Apollo 16 was the 10th manned mission in the Apollo space program, the 5th to land on the Moon and the 1st to land in the lunar highlands. The mission was crewed by John Young, Charles Duke and Ken Mattingly. Launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on April 16, 1972, the mission lasted eleven days, one hour, and fifty-one minutes.

This model is personally signed by Lunar Module Pilot Charles “Charlie” Duke. Duke is the tenth and youngest of only 12 people who have walked on the Moon. He has logged 265 hours in space, plus 21 hours and 28 minutes of extra-vehicular activity. Certificate of Authenticity included.
